At Zephyrind, we take immense pride in the artistry and craftsmanship of our premium, handcrafted jewelry. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you with a seamless return or exchange process.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your jewelry must meet the following “Pristine Condition” standards:
- Unworn and Unaltered: The item must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear, scratches, or modifications (including resizing by a third-party jeweler).
- Security Tags Intact: All security tags and laboratory grading reports (GIA, IGI, etc.) must be attached and included. Removing the security tag constitutes acceptance of the item.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in the original Zephyrind luxury box, including all authenticity cards and protective materials.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their unique nature, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom & Handcrafted Commissions: Any jewelry designed or handcrafted specifically to your personal specifications.
- Engraved Items: Jewelry that has been personalized with custom engravings.
- Personalized Sizes: Rings ordered in non-standard sizes (smaller than Size 4 or larger than Size 10) are typically non-returnable.
4. The Return Process
To ensure the safety of your luxury shipment, please follow these steps:
- Request an RMA: Contact our Concierge Team at info@zephyrind.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Insured Shipping Label: For your protection, Zephyrind will provide a fully insured, prepaid shipping label. For security reasons, do not write “Jewelry” or “Zephyrind” on the outside of the package.
- Secure Packaging: Place the item in its original box and then inside a shipping carton. Include your RMA form inside the box.
- Drop-off: Take the package to the designated carrier location (FedEx/UPS). Ensure you receive a physical drop-off receipt.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return reaches our studio:
- Quality Assurance: Our master jewelers will inspect the piece within 5–7 business days to verify the metal purity and gemstone authenticity.
- Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges and Resizing
If the fit isn’t perfect, we offer one complimentary resizing for most standard rings within the first 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain intricate handcrafted designs may not be resizable.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an immediate replacement or repair at no cost to you.
